Entering into the Islas de San Blas, en Panamáis to immerse themselves in the most authentic beach destination, renowned for its crystalline sands and translucent waters. During this unique experience, participants will have the opportunity to discover two islands with natural beaches and pools, where they can enjoy activities such as snorkeling, beach volleyball and swimming.
ROUTE SHEET
5:00 am to 5:30 am - Pick up from hotel or meeting point
6:30 am to 7:15 am - Breakfast stop (not included)
8:30 am to 9:00 am - Arrival at the port
9:15 am to 12:00 pm - Visit to the first island selected according to the lowest number of visitors for greater enjoyment of the natural space.
12:00 pm to 12:30 pm - Visit to the natural swimming pool, sand bank
12:30 pm to 1:00 pm - Visit to the second selected island
1:00 pm to 2:00 pm - Lunch
2:00 pm to 3:00 pm - Free time on the Island
3:30 pm - Departure from the island
4:00 pm - Departure from the port
6:00 pm - Approximate arrival in Panama City

THE TRAVEL PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- Round trip transfer from Panama City in 4X4 vans with capacity for 6 people. The trip is shared with other adventurers.
- Boat transportation to explore the islands and local communities.
- Access fee to the islands.

WARNINGS
- It is essential to carry an original and valid identification document (identity card, resident card or passport with entry stamp to Panama).
- It is forbidden to take photographs of the Gunas without their consent, especially of women dressed in their traditional MOLA costumes.
- It is not allowed to walk in the streets of inhabited communities with little clothing (refrain from walking in bathing suits)
- The presentation of dances will depend on the number of people who visit inhabited communities with little clothing (refrain from wearing bathing suits).
WHAT SHOULD I PACK?
To guarantee an unforgettable experience with Tour San Blas Panama, we suggest you bring:
- Identificación original para nacionales y residentes (cédula o carnet de residente).
- Toiletries (towels, soap, etc.).
- Aqua shoes (water shoes).
- Water (can be purchased on the island for $2, as there is no potable water, only for showers).
- Sunscreen, hat and sunglasses.
- Mosquito repellent (not available on the islands, but sometimes found at the port).
- Small cooler if you prefer.
- Snacks for snacking.
- Comfortable clothes (shorts, flip-flops, etc.) and change of clothes, as it is likely to get wet on the way between islands.
- Flashlight (for night stays).
- Protection for your equipment; we are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items.
RESTRICTIONS
- Photographing the Gunas without their authorization, especially women in traditional costumes.
- Use of drones.
- Drugs introduction.
- Sport or artisanal fishing equipment.
- Diving tanks.
- Using the islands as locations for public use filming in the comarca without the proper permission of the Kuna General Congress.
- Nudism.

The Natural Swimming Pool:
A sand bank in the middle of the ocean that simulates a natural pool, where you can walk, watch fish and lobsters, with the legend that some islands were left under the sea level due to an earthquake many years ago.
